User General Tab

On the Users General Tab enter -

The user name (this is case sensitive and no spaces or special characters can be used), this is what the user will type to log in.

Ignore password field at this stage as that has to be entered last.

Enter User Code (either user initials or numerical number - this is for the production module quick log in feature).

Click on "Select" for Company Name and in the pop up screen search for the company name and link the record.
Note - Aeronet is a multi-company system, adding users to different companies ensures the user can only access records specific to their company.

Add the user full name, email, phone and website details.

If cells are available select a default cell for the user.

If user or company does not have a required idle log out tick user server default (0 minutes).
