Messages

Select Follow Ups Options -> New Follow Up.

On the General Tab select type "Message" and Source "Follow Ups".  Enter a title in the "Subject" field and further details can go in the "Notes" field.  Enter the date required and time.

Assign the message to users using the "Assign To" tab then Save & Close.


Users will be alerted in the top right corner of the screen.  Simply click on the envelope icon.

The message drops down with date and the user details it was sent from.

Click on the message line to see if there are any further notes applicable to the message.

The sender of the message can review and confirm all recipients have read the message.
