Job General Tab

Once a job has been created (via Create New Job or Create New Job From Template) the General Tab will require editing.

To select a client simply start typing the client name in the "Client" field.  A list of clients will display below.  Click on the correct client and wait for the job to update.

Enter the Customer Order Number.

Confirm the Job Status  - Work in Progress, Pending or On Hold.

Enter the Due Date or the job Start Date.

Enter a Job Name.

Enter a Job Description.

Confirm the Division.

Confirm the Job Closing Type.
To Invoice = Job can be closed once an invoice is created for the customer. 
To Stock = Job can be closed once an internal invoice has created stock in the Parts Module.
