Issue Parts

Open the Parts module. Go to Part Options and select Issue Part in the drop down.

Enter the number of the Job you want to issue parts to and click search.

All parts assigned to the job will be listed in the Parts Allocation list. All parts that have been issued to the job will be listed in the Issue Details list.
You issue parts to the Job in the upper part of the screen. Enter the Part Number and the Quantity, then click Issue or enter to issue the part to the Job. Repeat the procedure for all Parts. The system will create PDFs of Picked Slips for each day that parts have been issued to the Job. This can be printed from the Parts Issue mode

When issuing parts to the job, the jobs Parts tab gets populated. Issued parts get the status OK ordered parts get the status Pending

Note - Parts can also be issued via the Job Parts Tab.
